Branson Convention Center Recognizes Employees

EMPLOYEE-REC-300x163The Branson Convention Center has launched a new employee recognition program, known as Cheers for PeersCheers for Peers works to inspire employees to serve this organization, customers, colleagues and business partners in support of three main areas:  Branson Convention Center/SMG S.I.M.P.L.E. principles and overall goals. Advancing solutions, innovation and encouraging improvements in the way we do business are central to the program, while striving to reach our overall goals of increasing revenue and growing the business, while decreasing cost and operating efficiently.  The most important goal for the Branson Convention is making our customers happy.

The Cheers for Peers program will recognize employees nominated by other employees for accomplishments, actions, ideas, suggestions, innovations or solutions that correspond with the Branson Convention Center/ SMG core values.

The first Cheers for Peers to be recognized were all the members of the Convention Center’s hourly staff.  The most recent honorees are Mike and Jake.  Both are standouts among their co-workers for the commitment to working hard.
