Early into her first year of college, Johnson thought: “It might be fun to work in a hotel.” Thus began her journey into the world of hospitality, where she’s had continued growth in her roles. Johnson got her start as a front desk clerk at smaller hotels, followed by management positions in larger casino hotels, then she went into event management for a four-diamond hotel and convention center before obtaining her current position.

Career Accomplishments
With 20 years of experience in the industry, Johnson has seen as much defeat as she’s seen success. But her continued advancement in the field has resulted in positive accolades from a number of past clients, co-workers and employers, including Hilton Worldwide President and CEO Chris Nassetta. Johnson recognizes the importance of nurturing even the most loyal of clients while being able to adapt and roll with the punches.
